The firm was incepted by professionals who have invested over 25 years in consultancy, having worked for three of the largest six global advisory and consulting brands.
Our agile approach enables us to build a resourcing model which addresses our clients’ challenges.
Since our inception we have worked as an extension to our clients existing resources and in some cases acted as a fully outsourced marketing function. We work with our clients to identify their current challenges before proposing the most effective resourcing model and strategic solution.

When you work with IMPACT you are supporting a greater cause across the community. We support the wider business community through empowering the COO Network, a not-for-profit institute which enables Chief Operating Officers to engage and learn from their peers.
Through impact community we offer pro-bono solutions to support a more inclusive environment, and to ensure we continue to build future leaders from the local community.
