Mandip is the Managing Partner of IMPACT Group with almost 20 years of experience working within a local, national and international remit for three of the big six professional service firms (PwC, BDO UK, BDO International and a mid-tier firm). Her experience has ranged from working with local partners in a region consisting of three offices and 160 people to developing and managing the markets strategy for two large international offices with over 150,000 people.
Mandip has spent the majority of her profession working in London, with the opportunity to work in various diverse economies around the world including India, Brussels, the CIS region and more recently in the Middle East.
Her attuned skill set has successfully seen her deliver market and client strategies which are congruent with the commercial and corporate aspiration of an organisation, for the benefit of a firm’s brand, revenue objectives and market position, whilst providing a local and international view. She has also lead and developed a number of client experience programmes of both global and local nature.
Her international and corporate experience has enabled Mandip to unlock growth for a number of clients. She has also worked with a number of clients who want to expand cross border in her remit as International Business Lead for a professional services firm.
Mandip is one of the founding members of the Marketing Society in the UAE and has also founded the COO network which includes a cohort of leading Chief Operating Officers (COO's) from across industry in the Middle East.
